OUR MISSION
As women we are magic and so are our bodies. Our superpower? Our hormones. We’re here to teach you why it’s time to stop wishing them away.
Taking care of your body isn’t all pedicures or facials, it’s self talk, relationship with food, fueling your body and finding joy in movement.

KIND WORDS FROM OUR COMMUNITY
WANT TO WORK WITH US BUT HAVE QUESTIONS? WE’VE GOT ANSWERS, GORGEOUS!
What happens when I book in with a Dietitian?
At the time of booking you complete a pre-consult questionnaire which helps us to dive straight into our coaching session when we work together. If you have specific questions, goals or concerns you have the opportunity to speak with us to make sure you get the most out of your session.
How many sessions will I need?
We would normally work with a women for 3 sessions to provide education, support and recommendations. Some women like to work together more often, some aren't in a position to have more than one consultation, it is completely up to the client.
Do I need to get blood tests before we work together?
If you have existing blood results to share before your appointment we would love to see them. However, if you haven’t already been for testing it would pay to wait until you’ve spoken with us so we can give you specific advice on the tests to request relating to your cycle and specific health concerns.
What is the investment?
$215 NZD for a 60 minute initial appointment (includes personalized nutrition notes, supplement recommendations if required and copy of our consultation notes)
$165 NZD for 60 minute review appointments
$145 NZD for 30 minute review appointments
It is also worth noting that many health insurance policies cover Dietitian time so if you have health insurance look into this.
