What happens when I book in with Sara?
At the time of booking you complete a pre-consult questionnaire which helps us to dive straight into our coaching session when we work together. If you have specific questions, goals or concerns you have the opportunity to speak with Sara to make sure you get the most out of your session.
How many sessions will I need?
Sara would normally work with a women for 3 sessions to provide education, support and recommendations. Some women like to work together more often, some aren't in a position to have more than one consultation, it is completely up to the client.
Do I need to get blood tests before we work together?
If you have existing blood results to share Sara would love to see them. However, if you haven’t already been for testing it would pay to wait until you’ve spoken with Sara so she can give you specific advice on the tests to request relating to your cycle and specific health concerns.
What is the investment?
$180.00 NZD for a 60 minute initial appointment (includes personalized nutrition report, supplement recommendations if required and copy of our consultation notes)
$140.00 NZD for 60 minute review appointments
$95.00 NZD for 30 minute review appointments
It is also worth noting that many health insurance policies cover Dietitian time so if you have health insurance look into this.
